Rule 35
Right to adjourn the meeting
If there is disorder in the meeting room or if it appears that there will be an obstacle to the regular conduct of the meeting, the chairman can adjourn the meeting for any time of the day or for a period determined by him. No member shall be entitled to question such adjournment by the Chairman.
